Whether working with tools, troubleshooting issues, or ensuring the quality of finished products, our Assembly Technicians are essential to producing high-quality goods and contributing to the efficiency of the production line.Your tasksConstructing mechanical/controls items in an industrial facilityFull line assembly – start/finishParticipates in continual process improvementResponsible for the safe use of basic shop tools and equipmentResponsible for keeping the work area clean and orderlyFollows all quality processes and procedures as establishedMust be able to sit or stand and lift to 50 pounds infrequentlyOther miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisorYour profileHigh School Diploma, GED, Trade Degree, or equivalent experienceOne year of basic mechanical assembly or related experience preferredWorking independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to lead team projects and work within team projectsProblem-Solving – Able to investigate root cause and suggest workable solutionsDeductive Reasoning – Ability to apply general rules to problems to produce sensible answersAbility to communicate effectively, present, and influence credibly at all levelsStrong time management skills, urgency, and aptitude for effectively prioritizing tasks within multiple projects
