$2000 Hiring Bonus!! JOB FUNCTION: Within a care facility for persons with mental disabilities, nursing services is one of the most important components. You are responsible for observing and attending to residents symptoms, complaints, or conditions that may be affecting their physical, mental, or spiritual needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform required checks on all residents as designated Assist resident with their Activities of Daily Living including but not limited to room cleaning, activities, and assistance with residents personal hygiene. Provide transportation to and from residents appointments Assist residents with meal times and snack times Performing housekeeping tasks as assigned Proper filing of paperwork Assist with activities if the activity warrants another staff, TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION: Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred Must have a desire to work with persons with disabilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 12 hour shift Day shift Holidays Night shift Overnight shift Rotating weekends Ability to Relocate: Le Mars, IA 51031: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
