Program Coordinator

Title: Program CoordinatorLocation: Madison, WIMust Have Technical/Functional SkillThe Technical Program Coordinator serves as the day to day technical liaison between Medical OEM engineering teams in Madison, WI and clients engineering teams in Bangalore, India. This role is responsible for aggressively driving information flow, removing execution blockers, and ensuring alignment across geographically distributed teams. This role will also perform verification and validation testing for select changes.Roles & ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary coordination point between Medical OEM (MSN) and TCS (BLR) engineering teamsProactively identify missing information, unclear ownership, or stalled decisions and drive resolutionFacilitate technical discussions, clarifications, and working sessions across time zonesTrack dependencies, action items, and risks; escalate issues earlyTranslate high-level engineering intent into clear, executable next steps for offshore teamsPerform V&V activities (test definition, execution, and review) for engineering changes as appropriateEnsure alignment with Medical OEM SOPs and quality expectations
