Business Development Representative (BDR) – Intelligent Automation & Data & AI

We work closely with manufacturing, distribution, accounting, and professional services organizations to identify operational inefficiencies and unlock measurable business value.We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in the Phoenix area to support pipeline growth and outbound business development initiatives across our Intelligent Automation and Data & AI practice.This role is ideal for someone who is commercially driven, comfortable engaging executives, and interested in emerging technologies including AI, automation, analytics, ERP modernization, and operational transformation.ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and strategic follow-upIdentify decision-makers across operations, finance, IT, supply chain, and executive leadership teamsSupport pipeline development for services including:Intelligent Automation / RPAAI Enablement & Agentic AIData Analytics & Business IntelligenceERP Integrations & Data ModernizationProcess Optimization & Digital TransformationResearch target accounts and identify operational pain points and AI/automation opportunitiesCoordinate discovery meetings and assist in managing early-stage sales cyclesMaintain CRM hygiene and track outreach activity, pipeline progression, and opportunity statusCollaborate directly with leadership on go-to-market strategy, messaging, and account prioritizationAttend local networking events, conferences, and client meetings as neededQualifications1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, sales development, business development, or technology consultingStrong communication skills with the ability to engage executives professionallyExperience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and outbound prospecting tools preferredInterest in AI, automation, analytics, ERP systems, or technology consultingHighly organized, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindsetAbility to work independently while collaborating closely with leadershipPhoenix-based preferredPreferred ExperienceExperience or exposure in any of the following is a plus:Manufacturing or distribution industriesERP systems (Plex, NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, etc.)AI and analytics platformsBusiness process automationManaged services or consulting environmentsWhat We OfferOpportunity to work directly with leadership in a rapidly growing Data & AI practiceExposure to cutting-edge AI, automation, and analytics initiativesFlexible/hybrid work environmentCompetitive compensation structure with performance incentivesStrong career growth potential within a high-growth consulting organizationIf you are excited about AI, automation, and helping businesses transform operations through technology, we’d love to connect.
