MS Associate Principal (Internal Only)
Primary Purpose:Support the principal in leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the middle school instructional program, ensuring alignment with campus and district goals. Provide leadership for curriculum implementation, data-driven instruction, and staff development to promote high levels of student achievement. Assist in supervising campus personnel, managing daily operations, and maintaining high standards for teaching and learning. Ensure compliance with district policies while supporting the effective execution of campus initiatives and programs.Qualifications:Minimum Education/Certification:Texas Principal or Mid-Management CertificationCertified Texas Teacher Evaluation & Support System (T-TESS) appraiser (or obtain within 90 days of employment)Candidates must have a satisfactory outcome of fingerprinting background check.
