This is an urgent hire for a skilled professional with strong expertise in Mexican cuisine who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage a designated kitchen section with consistency and efficiencyPrepare and execute authentic Mexican dishes to high-quality and presentation standardsEnsure mise en place is completed accurately and on timeMaintain food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all timesSupport junior kitchen staff and contribute to a positive team environmentCollaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu execution and daily operationsRequirementsProven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step upSolid background in Mexican cuisine (traditional and contemporary)Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and quality controlAbility to work under pressure in a high-volume environmentTeam-oriented mindset with strong attention to detailValid passport (work permit will be provided)
