Customer Support/Freight Export Agent

*Job Title -Customer Support/Air Cargo* *Pay - $25.00 to $28.00 * *Location - Burlingame, CA* *Schedule - 8 am - 4:30 pm* *Job Description* * Coordinating/processing shipments, documentation, billing, invoicing, customer service * Manage/update carrier/vendor rates. * Communicate/correspond with overseas agents and clients in a timely manner. * Track shipments and update customers/agents of status. * Audit files to ensure accuracy and completion. *EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:* * Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of all customs laws, practices and procedures. * Experience in the freight forwarding industry is preferred. * Knowledge of US Exports Compliance is preferred. * Minimum 1-5 years’ experience handling Air Exports shipments or a combination of education and expertise required.
