Join to apply for theAssociate Program Managerrole atTransPerfectReporting directly to the Director, Program Management, the role of Associate Program Manager will be responsible for the operational success of TransPerfect ensuring seamless team collaboration and development, program delivery, and quality control and evaluation.DescriptionOwn the service delivery for the client and manage risksLead specific tracks of work within larger complex projectsManage project execution between geographically dispersed account, production and technology teams across different time zones and culturesIdentify, track and manage KPIs and provide internal and client facing status reportsAssist in building overall plans/budgets and subsequent adherenceForecast demand and supplyManage stakeholder communication around program status and planningAssist in training and adoption of technologies for internal and client teamsManage existing client relationships and participate in on-boarding new relationshipsInnovate for continuous improvement in internal and client workflows/processesComplete any other tasks as assigned by a manager/supervisorRequired SkillsThorough understanding of project management; able to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and goalsA consummate team player with a flexible and creative approachProficient in using technology as a management reporting tool and experience working with information technology staff to develop and implement program evaluation systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in native language as well as in EnglishAbility to learn new skills quicklyExceptional problem solving/critical thinking skillsAbility to maintain professionalism, focus and a result‑orientation attitude under pressure and tight deadlinesRequired Experience and QualificationsMinimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalentExperience having worked with a high‑performance, collaborative, constructive peer groupDesired Skills and ExperiencePrior translation industry experienceFluency in a foreign languageFamiliarity with MS Office and Adobe software productsSeniority Level Mid‑Senior levelEmployment Type Full‑timeJob Function Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustries Translation and Localization and Software Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
