As the Coordinator, you will handle building-equipment emergencies on an ongoing basis and serve as a liaison between company employees and outside contractors called in to fix problems.The Facilities Coordinator will:Schedule preventative maintenance, respond to urgent maintenance calls and participate in the creation of emergency preparedness plansReview furniture needs and ensure the office supply and kitchen areas are being stockedWork in an administrative assistant capacity in addition to maintenance coordinationManage local facilities programsPerform other related duties as required and assignedDemonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and valuesWhat You'll BringHigh School Diploma / GED1+ years of relevant work experienceWorking knowledge of computers and Microsoft OfficeExperience working in facilities, project management or real estate prior preferredWhy You Should JoinAs one of the top mortgage lenders in the country, Pennymac has helped over 4 million lifetime homeowners achieve and sustain their aspirations of home.
