Auto Mechanic

Duties - Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks - Diagnose and repair various automotive issues - Utilize schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting - Use hand tools effectively for repair work - Conduct repairs on automotive electrical systems - Perform diesel engine repair as needed - Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify problems - Weld and perform auto body repair tasks as required - Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements - Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic - Strong mechanical knowledge and skills - Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus - Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals - Proficiency in using hand tools for repair work - Knowledge of automotive electrical systems - Experience in diesel engine repair is advantageous - Ability to conduct automotive diagnostics effectively - Welding skills are desirable - Capability to maintain and repair auto body components Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.98 - $26.67 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Ability to Commute: Saint Clair, MI 48079 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Saint Clair, MI 48079: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
