Requirements:
The Role
Develop and oversee individualized, data driven treatment plans
Provide clinical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs
Analyze data and adjust treatment goals across the client journey
Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers
Partner with leadership to support clinical excellence and team culture
Requirements
Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or a related field
Active BCBA certification in good standing for at least 3 years
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to mentor RBTs and contribute to a collaborative team environment
CPR and First Aid certification or obtained within 30 days
QBS Safety Care certification within 90 days
