Real Estate Photographer

We are a real estate media company looking to expand our team of contracted part time photographers in Myrtle Beach, SC. Position will include travel within 1 hour drive of Myrtle Beach, SC). Flexible Schedule & Great pay for motivated individuals. No photo editing required! No previous real estate photography experience is required. Photographers are paid by the shoot. Typical pay range is $60-200 per day. Photographer Requirements:1-2 Years of Professional Photography Experience RequiredProfessional-grade camera with FULL FRAME sensor; resolution of at least 24MPA professional-grade tripodA wide angle zoom lens (12-24mm, 14-24mm or 16-35mm)NO APS-C sensorsReliable transportationStrong computer skillsKnowledge of bracketing (Covered in training)An ability to adapt to our comprehensive photography guidelinesInternet connection and laptop computer suitable for quickly uploading large filesAvailability to take on assignments in your local market M-F and occasionally on weekendsStrong interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as the ability to maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with our clients and support staffWell-organized, motivated, with an attention to detail and strong follow-up skillsReceptive and accommodating to constructive feedbackAbility to pass a background checkAbility to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and technology!Photographers will require Supra Ekey / Sentri accessAll of our team members are trained in photography, videography, 3D tourtechnology and are FAA Part 107 certified drone operators. Drone, video and 3Dtour experience are a plus, but we are willing to train the right individuals for thejob. If you are not already FAA certified, you will have to take a written testfor FAA certification within your first 30 days.
