Job DescriptionAHS Staffing is seeking a School Services School Speech Language Pathologist for a local contract job in South Holland, Illinois.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: Speech Language PathologistDiscipline: School ServicesDuration: 15 weeks35 hours per weekShift: 7 hours, daysEmployment Type: Local ContractExciting Opportunity ~ We are seeking four full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to work in a school setting with various ages, near the vicinity of South Holland, IL ($57-$62 per hour)!Qualifications: You will need to hold a Master's Degree in Communications Sciences Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology, and a current state license (or be eligible for same), PEL with SLP Endorsement.Details for the Speech-Language Pathologist position are as follows:* You would work on a contract with PediaStaff for remainder of the School year!* Hours 8 am - 3 pm, M-F with a 30-minute duty-free lunch; 6.5 hours/day and 32.5 hours/week* Provide supervision to SLPA and take on some new students for January. * All students are self contained special education students — disabilities include autism, developmental delay, intellectual delay, some health impairment, some visual impairment, some have multiple impairmentsPay Rate: $57-$62 per hour depending on experience Role Overview:As an SLP, you will develop and implement individualized education/treatment programs for students whose ability to communicate has been impacted by developmental differences, disabilities, or injuries. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.
