CJ connects brands with these publishers, creating valuable resources for shoppers like you.OverviewThe Client Integration Engineer is the main technical resource who works multi-functionally and with clients to demonstrate the value of CJ’s products and provide guidance on the product roadmap. It is a unique hybrid role that combines aspects of a web technologist, business analyst, and solutions architect.The CJ Client Integration Engineer demonstrates their technical capabilities and knowledge of the CJ platform to design and deliver actionable strategies and solutions, helping to achieve our clients’ digital marketing objectives. This includes integrating new clients onto the CJ platform, managing the technical relationship with existing clients, implementing new platform capabilities, driving automation initiatives, and providing technical support.This is not a “behind the scenes” role. You will work directly on large-scale client projects and with our multi-functional teams. You will be involved in many stages of the client lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing client support. As a collaborator or leader on departmental projects, you will contribute to organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesLead solution engineering pre-sales and post-sales efforts for CJ’s advanced marketing and analytical platformProvide technical and strategic support to sales and client development, including the following:Product demosClient data ingestion and tagging requirementsIdentify specific technical integrations and ongoing support requirements for CJ clientsTranslate client problems into use cases that can be solved and demonstrated within the platformEnsure ongoing client success and be a client advocate and liaison with a focus on driving new revenue streamsCommunicate competitive advantages cross-functionally and to clients by maintaining a solid understanding of competitive landscape points, including (but not limited to) tag managers, eCommerce platforms, and eCommerce APIsTrack capability requests by clients and provide a summarized feedback loop to the Operations and Product teamsContribute to CJ’s organizational goals through leading and/or contributing as a stakeholder to yearly project workQualificationsBachelor’s degree required; Computer Science preferred2+ years in a client-facing role in solutions engineering, technical sales, or client deliveryPlatform experience with digital advertising or analytics technologies, database or SaaS solutions a plusKnowledge of marketing technologies, SaaS, or database solutionsStrong presentation and communication skillsDemonstrated a history of relationship-building skills across an organizationStrong business aptitudeBusiness and technical understanding of data or SaaS solutions, including the ability to read and write object-oriented languagesFundamental knowledge of JavaScript and SQL is a plusExperience in creative problem-solving capabilitiesHistory of high-level success autonomously managing complex projectsAdditional InformationThis is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in office.CJ is the leader in Performance Marketing.  We take pride in our innovative technology, comprehensive data solutions and our people.  We equip our teams with advanced tools, training and career development opportunities all to provide modern solutions, strategies and support to deliver high quality results for our clients. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
