*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*
· Support engine performance calibration, mapping, and validation.
· Report design reviews, and project status reports to Leadership.
· Support of product validation in a test cell and/or field environment.
· Support of engine system modeling and analysis.
· Support of project planning.
*EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:*
· Bachelor’s in an accredited Mechanical/Electrical or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Technology curriculum and 1+ years of experience.
· Experience in performance development of IC engines.
· Experience in the simulation/modeling/analysis of IC engine systems and/or sub-systems.
· GT power modeling experience.
*REQUIRED SKILLS:*
· Strong understanding of engine fundamentals and spark ignited combustion.
· Methodical and data driven approach to problem solving.
· Simulation or engine modeling experience.
· Ability to work on several projects at a time to meet program timelines and deliverables on time.
*SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:*
· Ability to work well with others and in a team environment.
· Strong communication skills.
