Product Operations Specialist(Product Coordination | Project Management | Data Integrity)Position OverviewRocky Mountain Orthodontics (RMO) is seeking a highly organized Product Operations Specialist to support the development and execution of orthodontic products.This role is central to ensuring products are successfully developed, launched, and maintained through strong project coordination and high data accuracy. You’ll work cross-functionally with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing to keep initiatives on track and product information reliable. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct CoordinationSupport product lifecycle activities including development, launches, updates, and discontinuations Gather and organize product requirements and feedback from customers and internal teams Partner with R&D and engineering to support development of clinically effective solutions Assist with new product introductions, including coordination of packaging, labeling, and documentation Support sales and marketing with product updates, materials, and internal communication Project ManagementDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, and key deliverables Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet quality, timing, and cost expectations Track progress, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues as needed Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership Manage private label/OEM projects, including customer coordination, RFQs, and setup Data Integrity & SystemsMaintain accurate product data within ERP and business systems (items, BOMs, pricing, and documentation) Ensure consistency and reliability of product and project data across teams Generate and analyze reports related to product performance and operational metrics Identify and resolve data discrepancies to support better decision-making Create and maintain documentation including job aids, training materials, and process guides QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred 3–5 years of experience in product coordination, project management, or operations within a manufacturing environment Strong project management and organizational skills High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel (Power BI or similar tools a plus) Ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams Preferred ExperienceExperience in medical device, dental, or orthodontic manufacturing Familiarity with private label/OEM programs Exposure to regulated environments and quality standards Why Join Rocky Mountain Orthodontics?High-impact, cross-functional role with visibility across the organization Opportunity to work on products that directly support clinical outcomes Collaborative environment with strong growth potential Take the next step in your career—learn more and apply now at https://rmortho.com/ or on LinkedIn!
