Quality Analyst

POSITION OVERVIEW Prepare shipping documents and coordinate shipping activities with relevant departments. Maintain first article inspection records. Manage calibration process. Coordinate the evaluation of new suppliers. Monitor the performance of existing suppliers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain records of final inspection.  Review shipping documents to ensure accuracy.  Review and approve certificates of conformance.  Document first article inspection on the applicable forms.  Coordinate with relevant departments to review supplier nonconforming reports and monitor supplier performance.  Assist in the publication of supplier information (e.g. approved supplier list, performance information, and forms).  Assist in the analysis of supplier performance data.  Coordinate calibration of monitoring and measuring equipment, fixtures, and furnaces.  Perform other duties as may be requested by the Department Head and/or top management.
