We are seeking a qualified BCBA to create an execute marketing strategies to generate referrals and recruit families. BCBA must build and maintain referral relationships with psychologist, pediatricians, therapist, schools, and community organizations. As well as conduct parent/caregiver training as needed.This position is part-time, remote, and contractual. Salary is negotiable.QualificationsProficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management techniquesStrong foundational knowledge in PsychologyExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with families and team membersBoard Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) requiredMaster’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldExperience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorderKnowledge of ethical behavior analytic practices and policiesFunctional understanding of data collection and analysis
