Provides excellent customer service to visitors utilizing the Statehouse Underground Parking Garage; directs visitors to proper destinations & provides information to drivers; directs parking & traffic for special events; demonstrates cash handling prowess if pay-on-foot machines are not operating or during special event parking; performs custodial duties in the garage; maintains parking facility equipment as needed; other duties as assigned.Formal education in arithmetic that includes addition & subtraction & in reading, writing & speaking English; 6 months training or 6 months experience in public relations; valid driver's license.
