Job Description & Requirements Family Medicine Physician-Little Rock, Arkansas StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $210000.00 - $800000.00 Come join a team of physicians with over 300 years of combined experience in this family practice group. This opportunity is unique compared to a typical family medicine practice. By joining this group, you have complete control over your practice, and you will 100% dictate your annual earnings. Physicians within this group earn anywhere from $350,000-$850,000 annually and you have total control over your ability to establish your earning thresholds. We are different from those types of contracts/agreements to where production earning potential is determined independently by the system, mostly on an arbitrary $/WRVU. This group is offering an opportunity that far exceeds this WRVU limitation. This is a "net income" model that captures every paid for the encounter including labs, injections, and imaging and that amount is revenue attributed to the physician. Our groups average encounter brings over $200 in revenue and this does not include any MSSP incentives. Opportunity Highlights Guaranteed salary while you ramp up. Walk in ready established patient panels based on upcoming retirements. Volumes based on your comfort levels. 4.5-day work week is what the partners are working, Physicians see 15 patients per day an up. Again, you get to decide your comfort level. Relocation assistance is available. Full Benefits Multiple Retirement options Partners will receive annual K statements and are not considered typically W-2 employees. They are their own entity. Clinic is located less than 20 miles from downtown Little Rock.
