The ideal candidate will oversee large ground up projects from $25-75M and have at least 7-10+ years' experience on site and working cohesively with the Superintendent vs being a PAPER PUSHER. estimating experience is desirable and demonstrating buy out for every project is essential. You will work with a PX and act as the point of contact for clients on site along with the Superintendent, he/she should not be taking over the project, you're a team and being an active leader is crucial.
