Rotational Leadership Program – Manufacturing/Supply Chain Management/Engineering/QualityOliver Healthcare Packaging — and our Rotational Leadership Program is all about developing the next generation of leaders in the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality space, globally. The purpose of Oliver’s RLP is to leverage your ability and energy and invest in you through training and development opportunities so that you may not only fulfill your personal career and development ambition but provide excellent service to Oliver and our customers.You will gain a wealth of knowledge and experience while in the rotational leadership program. Rotations will cover Operations (front line leadership), Supply Chain (sourcing, planning, logistics, warehouse, etc.) Quality (quality engineering), and Engineering (process engineering/program management) Candidates should expect to do two rotations outside of their degreed field to get broader perspective. RLP offers you a broad exposure to Oliver, presents diverse project responsibilities, engages you in global teams, provides cross-functional job experiences, and includes valuable networking opportunities with all levels of Oliver leadership. So, what’s the program commitment?The RLP is a rotational leadership program, consisting of Four 6-month rotations across 2 years, individual rotations could be extended based on employee development needs or business needs across the United States and International sites in different participating facilities. Top performers will have an opportunity for an international assignment or rotation reporting to an executive, but is not guranteed. Assignments are based on business needs and provide on-the-job training and learning with challenging deliverables. Relocation is a requirement to join the program and required throughout the program as you move in and out of different positions during the rotational assignments. Locations across the United States and International are potential relocation options. Relocation benefits are offered to those who qualify. Upon completion of the program, RLP graduates are placed in an assignment that continues to demand technical and leadership excellence gained through the program.RequirementsThose interested in joining the Rotational Leadership Program must meet the following requirements for further considerationA current student, in Senior status, graduating in May, 2025, attending a 4-year accredited university/college earning a minimum Bachelors’ degree in one of the following degree programs: Supply Chain Management Business Administration/Business Management Engineering and/or Engineering Management Manufacturing Systems Manufacturing Engineering/Technology Quality Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 scale (no rounding) Willing to relocate to any location/state (domestic and international) and travel according to business needs, upon hire and throughout the program Must have a valid passport or able to obtain one Top Candidates Will Also Possess Previous experience or internship in manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse or operations industry Leadership involvement on campus, community service and/or extracurricular activities Interest and willingness to lead Problem solving and critical thinking skills Strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated knowledge of order to delivery, logistics, distribution, and/or supply chain principles A willingness to travel and/or relocate domestically or abroad Oliver is not currently hiring individuals for this position who now or in the future require sponsorship for employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant visas.
