Program and Outreach Coordinator

Red Rock Audubon Society is seeking an AmeriCorps member to serve as a Programs and Outreach Coordinator. In this role, you will engage Las Vegas youth and families through hands-on bird conservation programs in parks, community centers, and public events. You'll also help promote RRAS’s bird-friendly community initiatives and support outreach and education efforts throughout the area. Member Duties : Develop and adapt Audubon content for community outreach events and media Collaborate with RRAS committees to enhance and diversify outreach Represent RRAS as an ambassador at events and monthly meetings Maintain relationships with current and new community partners Support school programs, including STEM and Title 1 school outings Lead activities at local parks, community centers, and youth facilities Assist in training RRAS volunteers for outreach support Program Benefits : Health Coverage , Education award upon successful completion of service , Childcare assistance if eligible , Training , Stipend .
