Location: Glendale, AZ Hours: Mon, Thu, Fri: 3:00 - 6:00 PM / Wed: 5:00 - 7:00 PM Why This Role Might Be a Great Fit for You: You're looking for extra income with part-time, afternoon/evening flexibility You want to work 1:1 with kids and make a meaningful impact You may already work in a school, clinic, or another therapy setting—and want to pick up more hours We Offer: Pay: $21–$26/hr based on experience Flexible scheduling: tell us when you're available, and we'll match you with clients Health, dental, vision, and group life insurance for those working 20+ hours/week What You'll Do: Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA) Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet (don't worry — we train you how to do this) Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective — you're never doing this alone Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together! Requirements: Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism.) ABA experience a plus!
