We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.Responsibilities:Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional service. Identify growth opportunities within the territory and develop strategies to reach new clients. Establish legitimate sales forecasts within the assigned territory to help plan for overall sales volume and profit. Regularly analyze our market position, profitability and competitive impact. Initiate and quote new items. Establish coordination with operations, customer service, and engineering, new product development to deliver competitive and effective quotes. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Manage all administrative duties within the territory in a timely and accurate fashion. Act with urgency at assigned accounts, support A/R, optimize pricing and profitability, manage CRM, T&E and etc. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders. Attending industry events and trade shows to expand our network. Qualifications:University degree or college diploma, business, or packaging engineering major preferredCandidate needs to have a “Mobile Mentality” with the ability to use technology and sales software to work efficiently while consistently traveling to see customers face to face. Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Experience in utilization and management of Sales CRM’sDrive new business through existing distribution network, within established territoryPossess an impressive track record of prospecting new accounts and new businessCapacity to prepare and present compelling sales materialsResults oriented, highly motivated to perform with minimal direct managementHigh degree of personal and professional ethical standardsExcellent communication skills – written and oralWorking knowledge of Zim’s products, applications and manufacturing capabilitiesAbility and willingness to travel overnight as needed.
