This role focuses on qualifying leads, maintaining engagement, and driving deals to close.This is an inbound-focused sales role with strong earning potential and direct impact on revenue growth. This role is required to be in office Monday-Friday. No remote or hybrid available.CompensationCompetitive base salary + variable comp (55-85k Total Compensation) Key ResponsibilitiesQualify inbound leads within 24 hours and assess fit against Ideal Client Profile (ICP) Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of opportunities Maintain consistent engagement with prospects Disqualify quickly when opportunities are not a fit Lead sales cycles from discovery through close (when appropriate) Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting Collaborate with Sales and Operations to move deals forward QualificationsRequired:1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships Experience working inbound or warm pipelines Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage or support full sales cycles Preferred:Experience in supply chain or inventory-related industries Startup or high-growth environment experience Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems Why Join Monarch?Inbound-driven pipeline (less cold prospecting) High-growth environment with clear career progression Culture built on trust, growth, and accountability Apply to join a team focused on delivering real impact through data, technology, and operational excellence.
