In this role, you will have the unique and rewarding opportunity to provide world-class healthcare to the most deserving patient population in the country?our US Veterans. (based on experience)$15k Sign On BonusH1B visa candidates are encouraged to applyBENEFITS:Office hours are Mon - Fri 8:00 am to 4:30 pmThis position is onsite 3 days per week (0.60 FTE)Competitive pay based on market trends to ensure we are providing great pay to all of our employees.Medical Malpractice Coverage3 CME Days/CME Dollars401(k)Dedicated Non-Patient Facing Administrative timeColleague Referral Bonus ProgramRESPONSIBILITIES:Primarily a direct clinical care role, diagnosis, and treatment of veteransOversee the clinical care given to veterans enrolled in the clinicMedical resource for care deliveryAchieve and maintain excellent clinical outcomes through periodic chart reviews, direct observation, and by abiding by VA guidelines.Develop and maintain a positive, collaborative and working relationship with our VA partnersSupport patient enrollment and retention by providing guidance, when necessary, regarding scheduling, follow-up visits, or nurse visits.QUALIFICATIONS:Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine Degree (MD/DO)Board-certified in family practice or internal medicine2 years of clinical medical practice in primary care preferredActive, unrestricted license in the state of desired employmentCurrent, unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registrationCurrent certification in American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support (to be renewed annually)Ability to provide clinical leadershipMaintain a positive clinic culture by displaying an enthusiastic and encouraging demeanorExcellent computer skillsThis job requires access to confidential and sensitive information requiring ongoing discretion and secure information management.
