Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Real Estate Agent role based in Raleigh, NC. The role involves assisting clients in purchasing, selling, and leasing real estate properties. Key responsibilities include conducting property tours, marketing and promoting listings, negotiating sales contracts, and providing exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships. The agent will also actively seek new leads and stay informed on current market trends and regulations to offer expert guidance to clients.
