This role focuses on facilitating engaging learning experiences while contributing to training materials, tools, and programs. You’ll apply adult learning principles in real-time delivery and collaborate with leaders to ensure training is practical and aligned with business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery & FacilitationDeliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended training across systems, products, customer service, and role-specific topicsFacilitate engaging learning experiences that promote participation and skill applicationAdapt delivery approaches based on audience and learning needsCurriculum & Content SupportAssist with updates to training materials, job aids, and learning resourcesSupport development of training content, including basic multimedia and participant guidesApply adult learning principles to enhance engagement and retentionLMS & Learning ToolsSupport Learning Management System (LMS) activities (course assignments, tracking, reporting)Assist with course setup, updates, and documentationUtilize digital tools to support training delivery and learner engagementCoaching & ReinforcementProvide post-training support, coaching, and feedbackPartner with managers to reinforce learning and support skill developmentProjects & Continuous ImprovementSupport training-related projects and initiativesGather participant feedback and share insights for program improvementStay current on emerging tools and technologies (including AI) relevant to learningWill perform special projects as assignedWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree (or Associate’s with relevant experience)2–4+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or a related fieldStrong presentation and communication skillsUnderstanding of adult learning principlesAbility to simplify complex informationIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with LMS and digital learning tools preferredCollaborative mindset and strong attention to detailAdditional RequirementsAbility to travel up to 50% for training deliveryFlexibility to support training schedules and occasional extended hoursBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree or a minimum of an associate’s degree with 3-5+ years of banking, corporate training or related experience.Ability to travel up to 50% as required for training delivery and supportEqual Opportunity Employer M/F/Disabled/Vet;If you are unable to complete this application due to a disability, contact humanresources@pebo.com to ask for an accommodation, alternative application process, or other inquiries.
