PLC Programmer

We are seeking an experienced *PLC Programmer* with strong expertise in *Rockwell Automation software and Allen-Bradley PLC systems*. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in industrial automation, controls integration, troubleshooting, and commissioning. This position requires regular travel throughout the Carolinas to support manufacturing and industrial clients. *Key Responsibilities* * Design, develop, and modify PLC programs using Rockwell Automation software. * Configure and support Allen-Bradley PLCs, including ControlLogix and CompactLogix platforms. * Develop and troubleshoot HMI applications using FactoryTalk View. * Perform startup, commissioning, testing, and validation of automation systems. * Diagnose and resolve control system issues in manufacturing and industrial environments. * Provide onsite support during installations, upgrades, and system improvements. *Required Qualifications* * 3+ years of hands-on PLC programming experience. * Strong experience with: * Rockwell Studio 5000 / RSLogix 5000 * Allen-Bradley PLCs * FactoryTalk View ME and SE * Industrial networking and communications * Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control drawings. * Experience with system startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout North and South Carolina. *Preferred Qualifications* * Experience with the natural gas industry. * Knowledge of SCADA systems, industrial communication protocols, and safety standards. * Experience with other PLC platforms, such as Modicon, GE, etc. *What We Offer* * Competitive salary based on experience * Comprehensive benefits package * Opportunities for professional growth and training * Exposure to a variety of automation projects and industries If you are interested in working with us to help our customers maximize their possibilities, please submit your resume today.
