Every day brings a new puzzle to solve, and you’ll be the one connecting the pieces across production, procurement, and logistics.A Day In Your RoleYour morning may begin with a quick stand-up to align with operations and materials. You’ll review current orders, capacity, and inventory signals in our ERP/MRP tools, shaping weekly and daily production schedules. As the day evolves, you’ll track execution, resolve conflicts, and recalibrate when priorities shift. Before you sign off, you’ll capture performance insights and tee up improvements for the next cycle.What You’ll TackleTranslate customer orders and inventory positions into optimized production schedules.Partner closely with production, procurement, and logistics to keep plans synchronized and realistic.Monitor throughput and capacity; fast-follow with schedule adjustments as demand or constraints change.Use data analysis to spot patterns, refine parameters, and elevate scheduling accuracy.Communicate changes clearly and promptly to stakeholders and shop-floor teams.Build and maintain schedules and reports with dedicated scheduling software and Excel.Surface bottlenecks and propose practical, time-bound countermeasures.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that boost flow and productivity.What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Hands-on experience in production planning or scheduling; manufacturing background preferred.Strong analytical mindset with a track record of data-driven decision-making.Proficiency with scheduling applications and Microsoft Excel.Clear communicator and effective collaborator across functions.Meticulous, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities.Comfort operating in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.Tools of the TradeERP & MRP SystemsProduction Planning & SchedulingReady to shape the plan that drives our performance?
