This role ensures data integrity, timely billing and adjustments, and coordination with internal teams, to support consistent and efficient program execution.Maintain and update membership records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrityReview new agreements daily to verify accurate entry by field staff and other team membersProcess membership transactions including renewals, terminations, adjustments, and account updatesFacilitate recurring billing cycles within ServiceTitan (e.g., every 5 days) and ensure successful processingManually process renewals for agreements exceeding standard auto-renewal termsProcess credit card transactions, refunds, and chargebacks accurately and in a timely mannerResearch and resolve past due balances identified on aging reportsReview and audit membership data to identify and correct discrepancies or inconsistenciesPrepare and process monthly MVP commissions and submit to Payroll by the 15th of each monthSupport call center operations by processing requests, resolving data issues, and ensuring alignment with program policiesAssist with mailing of member statements as requiredIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, data accuracy, and overall program efficiencyProvide backup support for Accounts Receivable clerical functions as neededPerform other administrative and clerical duties as assignedUtilize MS Excel to track and reconcile membership and billing dataBasic understanding of accounting principles, including billing, receivables, and reconciliationsClerical duties as assignedDo I Have What It Takes?Excellent customer service skillsAccurate data entryContinuous knowledge improvement of ERP software (ServiceTitan / Intacct)Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks.Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of the business.Be able to work both independently and in a team setting.Reliable and punctual attendance.Strong time-management skills - able to manage many tasks with short deadlines.Excellent communication & rapport-building skills - working with clients, field team, general managers, Install team, and finance team.Intermediate computer skills.Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language.Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
