This position requires participation in an on-call rotation.Duties And ResponsibilitiesParticipates as a member of a team providing plumbing, steam, and other trade services to complete assigned projectsServices, maintains, inspects, and repairs plumbing, steam, fire sprinkler, food service, heating, and other equipment as assignedInstalls plumbing, steam, or other equipment as assigned. Installation may include design and/or specification elementsAssignments are completed in a timely and correct manner according to code, policy, and regulationsRecords and provides information as requestedCommunicates important information to the supervisor or other designated individualsQualificationsRequired:Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with commercial, institutional, and residential plumbing, heating, steam equipment, fire sprinklers, food service equipment, welding, soldering, and plumbing codeMaster level plumbing/steam fitting skillsGood written and oral communication skillsSkilled in dealing with a wide assortment of personalities, both directly and indirectlyMaster plumber certification required within 2 years of hireBackflow certification is required within 2 years of hireA Valid Driver's LicenseAdditional Posting InformationConditions of Employment: Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check. and an acceptable MVR.E-Verify Notice: After accepting employment, new hires are required to complete an I-9 form and present documentation of their identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
