Job Summary
Hours of Operation: Monday thru Friday 7:00am-4:30pm (subject to adjustment due to business needs)
The Store Distribution Team Member plans, organizes and monitors the receiving, storage and distribution of all items received either from suppliers or other ACR locations, ensuring a smooth and consistent operation so parts and supplies are located and distributed to proper departments in an effective and efficient manner as needed to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties
Maintains an equipment structure and level to accomplish the warehouse and receiving mission in a safe, effective manner. Provides appropriate equipment and racking to ensure the safe transport and storage of all materials.
Monitors the unloading of all materials into the receiving department; ensures materials are staged for counting and inspection; ensures receiving reports accurately report material received. Resolves discrepancies with accounting regarding invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports. Oversees the movement of material to, from, and within the warehouse in an efficient, effective and safe manner.
Ensures materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures. Oversees the rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
Monitors and measures receiving and warehouse performance for accuracy of locator, receiving reporting, movement and storage of materials.
Oversees and performs all warehouse duties to ensure the successful operation of store shipping, delivery, receiving, and other warehouse duties
Inventory
Oversee counting of physical inventory.
Maintains and communicates non-stock inventory reports
Oversee weighing processing packaging and shipping of refrigerant recovery cylinders and or cylinder deposits.
Shipping
Pull store inventory stock transfers/special orders/will call
Manage customer delivery, pickup and truck schedule
Manage truck maintenance and delivery log
Manage and execute third party shipping, UPS, LTL, Direct Link
Receiving
Check in UPS, FedEx, and LTL shipments
Capture and communicate incoming freight cost to sales team
Oversee FACTS receiving process
Store to store inventory (transfers and count checks)
Oversee receiving errors and discrepancies
Verifies that customers are called when special orders arrive
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2 years experience working in a warehouse setting
Current and valid Driver License with at least three years of driving experience.
No more than 3 moving traffic violations in the past 36 months.

Work Environment: This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers.

While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to use hands and fingers, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The Team Member frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The Team Member is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
