Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for a Chief Revenue Officer. The Chief Revenue Officer will oversee revenue generation strategies, drive sales initiatives, and implement processes to achieve business growth. Responsibilities will include leading sales and account management teams, formulating and executing strategic plans, identifying opportunities for lead generation, and optimizing sales operations. The role demands a proactive approach to driving organizational profitability and fostering collaboration across departments. Qualifications Proven experience in Lead Generation and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growthExpertise in Account Management and building strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholdersDemonstrated success in Sales and Sales Operations, including goal setting, forecasting, and performance analysisStrong skills in Strategic Planning for business development and organizational successExceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsAbility to work effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentExperience in the Dallas-Fort Worth business landscape is advantageousBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
