Senior Full Stack Developer - JavaScript Specialist - MTH Hybrid: Onsite/Remote Qualifications: 8+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using Agile methods. 8+ years of experience in software development, including programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks. Expertise in Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products. Proficiency in both back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions. Experience mentoring or supervising employees within a collaborative team environment. Skilled in acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization. Experience with .NET, C#, and Vue.js. Top Secret clearance required. Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree. Seeking a seasoned developer with expertise in building software and systems from vision to production-ready. Responsibilities: Help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. Provide complete end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment. Lead a team to shape systems for the better as a Senior Full Stack Developer. Oversee the team, learn new tools and techniques, and identify system improvements. Ensure that the solutions developed by the team meet current architecture and operating environments, as well as future functionality and enhancements.
