Job DescriptionJob Title: Powder Coat Painter – Pultrusion ManufacturingShift: Mon-Thurs 2pm- 12:30amPay: $27 - $32/hrJob SummaryResponsible for preparing, powder coating, curing, and inspecting pultruded composite products to ensure they meet quality, durability, and appearance standards in a manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare pultruded parts for coating by cleaning, masking, sanding, and hangingApply powder coatings using spray equipment according to specificationsOperate and monitor curing ovens for proper temperature and cure timesInspect finished products for defects, thickness, and coverage; perform touch-ups or rework as neededMaintain powder coating equipment, spray booths, and work areaFollow work orders, safety procedures, and quality standardsProperly handle materials and wear required PPEQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredIndustrial powder coating or manufacturing painting experience preferredKnowledge of powder coating processes and equipmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hot, industrial environmentWhat We OfferOur benefits package includes coverage of your health, wealth, and wellness for you and your eligible spouse/dependents.
