You’ll help client stay on top of their financial information and make informed decisions by reviewing financial reports, improving accounting processes and QuickBooks setup, and preparing financial statements and reconciliations. You’ll also collaborate with JCCS tax professionals, analyze financial data to help provide insights on business performance, and identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency, serving as a trusted resource for both clients and the internal team.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review financial statements for business clientsManage monthly and quarterly accounting processesSupport payroll processing and related reportingAssist clients with accounting system setup and improvementsAnalyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisionsIdentify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reportingPerforms other duties, responsibilities and activities as assigned. RequiredQualifications: 5+ years of accounting experience (public accounting preferred)3+ years of payroll processing experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reportingExperience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and client service skillsMust have strong organizational and time management skills. PreferredBachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field3+ years of financial statement preparationExperience with cloud-based accounting platforms.Skills For SuccessProficiency with technology, AI tools and research.
