Job Description Director of AccountingJoin a hi-growth technology company redefining wireless broadband utilizing the latest through innovative Fixed Wireless Access solutions delivering fiber-class internet speeds globally.Role OverviewSeeking an experienced Accounting leader to manage and optimize accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and drive process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead accounting operations, including AP (Procure-to-Pay), Payroll, Fixed Assets, and Lease AccountingStrengthen internal controls, standardize processes, and improve close efficiency and accuracyImplement new procedures and automation/AI tools to streamline accounting workflowsManage accruals in partnership with Sales (commissions) and Supply Chain (warranty)Review GL coding for purchase requisitionsCollaborate cross-functionally on systems, workflows, policies, and compliance initiativesOwn month-end close, including reconciliations and supporting schedulesManage external audits and ensure timely completion of quarterly and annual reviewsTrain and develop accounting staffQualificationsBA/BS in Accounting or Finance; CPA required8+ years of accounting/finance experience, including public accountingExperience as an Accounting Manager or Corporate Accounting ManagerStrong knowledge of financial systems (NetSuite preferred)Proven leadership and ability to drive cross-functional initiativesDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google WorkspaceBenefitsComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, flexible time off, and stock options
