Commercial Finance Attorney

LHH is assisting a top regional law firm in its search for a Commercial Finance Attorney to join its established lender‑side finance practice. This attorney will work closely with banks, private credit funds, and other institutional lenders on a wide range of commercial lending transactions.Key Highlights:Consistent lender‑side deal flowReasonable and transparent billable expectations (1800)Direct client contact and relationship‑buildingRemote work environment with limited, purposeful travel (travel to the New Brunswick, NJ office approximately once per month and participate in occasional client entertainment and business development activities)Compensation & Benefits:Base salary: $200,000 to $225,000, commensurate with experienceAnnual discretionary bonusComprehensive health and welfare benefitsCandidate RequirementsAt least 5 years of commercial finance experience in a law firm settingLender‑side representation requiredExperience with secured and unsecured loans, asset‑based lending, equipment finance, project finance, and distressed loans or workoutsActive Pennsylvania bar admission required (NJ and or NY, a plus)JD from an accredited law school and strong academic credentialsIf interested, and qualified, apply directly to this posting.
