Mueller Chocolate Co is a busy chocolate store with two locations, one in the Reading Terminal Market in downtown Philadelphia and one in Rockledge, PA on Huntingdon Pike. We serve customers from all over the world both in store and thru our website. We are looking for 1-2 part time sales associates who are energetic and love working with people to join our team at our Reading Terminal store. This position will require you to work at our Reading Terminal location at least 2 days a week. Responsibilities Greet customers and make them feel at home Answer any questions the customers may have Assist Customers in preparing their orders Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment Maintain stock and displays, by keeping clean, organized, and full Package chocolate in gift boxes, and bags Keep track of inventory between both stores Package orders for pick up or shipping. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments Ability to problem solve quickly Excellent communication skills Retail experience a plus Physically capable of being on your feet 6-8 hours per shift Reliable transportation to our Reading Terminal store Weekend availability a must We are looking forward to receiving your application.
