While not a leadership role today, there is long-term potential for growth into Medical Director-level influence as the clinic expands.Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services Deliver care to underserved and high-need patient populations Collaborate with behavioral health, substance use, and care management teams Participate in team-based care coordination and interdisciplinary discussions Support quality improvement initiatives and patient outcome goals Assist with refining clinical workflows and operational processes Ensure compliance with clinical standards and best practices Build strong therapeutic relationships with diverse patient populationsQualifications MD or DO required Active New York medical license or ability to obtain Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Experience working with underserved or vulnerable populations preferred Community health, FQHC, or integrated care experience highly valued Collaborative and team-oriented mindset Passion for mission-driven healthcare and improving access to careInterested in hearing more?
