Need senior profiles, minimum 12-15 years of experience.The Implementation Engineer /L2 Support Engineer Job DescriptionJob DescriptionShould have extensive troubleshooting experience and expertise in mitigation and resolution techniques.Responsibilities include root cause analysis and working with partners and COTT vendors for the implementation of prod fixes.Experience with Jenkin Jobs and Ansible scriptingHands-on experience in Core Java, Unix, Shell Scripting, Python, Application Deployment, DevOps, Kibana, Kubernetes, Rabbit MQ, IBM MQ, and WebSphere.Implement Load Balancer changes by working with various teams• Implement firewall rules working with network teams• Implement certificates / renew certificates across Applications,Load Balancers, DB, MQ, Apigee, etc.Troubleshooting of degradation and performance issues.Experience with monitoring tools like New Relic, Grafana, KibanaExperience with the Pega platform.AWS cloud hands-on experience with Provisioning EC2 instances. Rehydration.EKS clusters.
