Location: Denver Metro & Northern Colorado | Company: Blueprint Skilled Services Blueprint Skilled Services is a local Colorado company connecting skilled tradespeople with General Contractors for a variety of projects, such as apartment buildings, schools, hospitals, hotels, government projects and more. We're looking for a friendly, motivated Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team. What You'll Do: Connect with skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, laborers, helpers, etc.) Match the right people to the right job sites Build lasting relationships with both workers and our construction clients Thrive in a fast-paced, energetic office environment What We Offer: Full-time schedule (options like 6:30 AM3:30 PM or 8:00 AM5:00 PM) Paid time off (PTO) Base salary + commission (Great earning potential!) What We're Looking For: Strong communication and listening skills Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed Some office experience is a plus-but training is provided!
