In-House Promoter

We’re looking for a driven, outgoing In-House Promoter to represent our brand, grow event attendance, and create real buzz inside and outside the venue. This role is perfect for someone who lives in nightlife, understands people, and knows how to turn conversations into packed rooms. As an In-House Promoter, you’ll be the face of the venue—connecting with guests, promoting upcoming events, and helping create unforgettable experiences. You’ll work closely with management, DJs, and marketing to ensure every night is fully activated. Key Responsibilities Promote weekly and special events through in-person interactions, social media, and direct outreach Build and maintain relationships with guests, regulars, and VIPs Drive attendance by inviting and hosting groups, birthdays, and celebrations Represent the venue professionally inside and outside the club Assist with guest lists, promotions, and event coordination Capture content and help spread brand awareness online (stories, posts, reposts) Provide feedback to management on crowd response, promotions, and guest experience Requirements Strong communication and people skills Comfortable approaching and engaging new people Active on social media (Instagram, TikTok preferred) Reliable, punctual, and professional Knowledge of nightlife, music, and event culture Must be available nights and weekends What We Offer Competitive pay + performance-based incentives Free entry to events and access to exclusive experiences Opportunities for growth within promotions, marketing, and management A fast-paced, high-energy work environment Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $28.99 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Work Location: In person
