Accounts Payable SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to support a large well-established client in the Charleston area. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely processing of vendor invoices, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting cross-functional operations teams.Key Responsibilities:Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficientlyPerform account reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesSupport month-end close related to AP and accrualsMaintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiriesEnsure compliance with internal controls and company policiesAssist with audit support and reporting as neededQualifications:1-2+ years of Accounts Payable experienceStrong reconciliation skillsProficiency in ExcelExperience working in ERP systemsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills
