This role focuses on gathering data, conducting basic analysis, and assisting in the development of reports, recommendations, and process improvements. Working under general supervision, the Management Analyst I applies structured methodologies and standard practices to support decision-making, enhance efficiency, and ensure compliance with organizational and contractual requirements.Responsibilities:Collect, review, and analyze data to support organizational studies, program evaluations, and operational improvementsAssist in developing reports, briefings, and documentation for management reviewConduct research on policies, procedures, and best practices to inform recommendationsSupport process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutionsMaintain program data, records, and tracking systems to ensure accuracy and consistencyPrepare routine and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and performance metricsAssist in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflowsMonitor program progress and provide status updates to leadershipSupport internal audits, compliance activities, and quality assurance reviewsCoordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and support project executionParticipate in meetings, capture notes, and track action itemsEducation/Certifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, management, or related fieldRequired Qualifications:2+ years of experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Basic data analysis skills (Excel functions, pivot tables, reporting)Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferredExperience with documentation and process mapping tools is a plusAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to organize and synthesize informationEffective written and verbal communication skillsTime management and ability to manage multiple tasksAbility to follow structured processes and methodologiesCollaboration and stakeholder support skillsAbility to obtain or maintain a background investigation or clearance (if required)Ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environmentPersonal Qualities:Demonstrates sound judgment when working with data and preparing recommendationsProduces accurate and timely deliverablesMaintains professionalism when interacting with leadership and stakeholdersAdapts to evolving priorities and project requirementsWorks effectively both independently and in team environmentsCorporate Summary:Acquisition Professionals (AP) LLC is an Economically Disadvantaged, Woman-Owned, HUBZone small business.
