Registered Dietitian

MUST BE CURRENTLY LICENSED IN THE STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA*Klasik Nutrition is a predominantly female owned and operated Nutrition company looking for energetic, self-motivated, Registered Dietitians.At Klasik Nutrition we value health and wellness as a whole and know that being healthy is much more than a number on the scale or the size of a waistline. We are looking for empathetic Registered Dietitians to help us continue our mission of empowering our clients with the nutrition knowledge to feel confident, energized, and able to make informed health and food choices. Together with our clients, we tailor each session based on the unique needs of their health journey. Utilizing Nutrition Education, goal setting strategies, habit building, and behavior change theories we connect with our clients to achieve an all foods fit approach to health and wellness.This is a part-time role, with room for growth. A minimum requirement of 16 to 20 hours of availability per week are needed to move forward.What are we looking for?A well rounded candidate with at least 1 year experience as a Registered Dietitian (Required)A qualified Registered Dietitian, who is Licensed in the state of PA (Required), NPI (Required) and CAQH application completed (preferred)Experience working in Community and/or Sports Nutrition (Preferred)A self-motivated individual who is able to work in a collaborative team environment, and independently.A Registered Dietitian comfortable and able to work as a telehealth providerRequirementsComplete a comprehensive nutritional assessment on each client upon admissionCounsels clients on principles of well-balanced nutrition in individual sessions and conduct group nutrition discussionsPrepares individualized guides that consider the needs of the client including medical, nutritional, age, cultural, religious, and ethical concernsProvides at minimum weekly individual nutritional counseling for clients and family (as needed)Conducts nutrition education groups that are appropriate for adult and adolescent populationsProvides updates on the nutritional status of each client weekly as part of team rounds/meetings and as requestedCompletes all required documentation and reports in a timely manner, maintaining compliance with the policies and proceduresParticipates in development and updates of business developmentCommunicates effectively with other departments to provide a high-quality client experienceDemonstrates accountability for the proper use of clients protected health informationParticipates in presentations of scheduled in-services and other appropriate training activitiesUtilizes supervisory feedback to improve performancePerforms Quality Improvement activitiesPerforms other duties as assigned
