Mechanical Design Engineer - E2
Overview
In this role you will support the Integrated Product Team in mechanical design for sensors and missile systems. You will translate concepts into CREO layouts, drawings, and documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure design excellence. The position emphasizes collaboration, design validation, and timely drawing releases to support development and production. You will help optimize weight, cost, and performance through trade studies and rigorous documentation. ResponsibilitiesCreate CREO layouts and detailed drawings for ICDs and subassembliesBuild BOMs and manage parts/assemblies in Windchill PLMCoordinate with IPT, suppliers, and analysts to ensure design qualityManage drawing releases, respond to CRs, and support design reviewsPerform design trade studies on cost, weight, and performance
