Most importantly we strive to foster warm, friendly companionship because there is no place like home.Requirements:Proven experience as a caregiver (Minimum 2+ Years Preferred)Current HCA (Home Care Aide) registrationSuccessful completion of a Live-Scan (Criminal Background Check)Recent TB TEST ((Tuberculosis Test) or Chest X-RAYLegally authorized to work in the United StatesValid drivers license with reliable transportationRespectful, compassionate, and professional demeanorResponsibilities:Caregiver will provide companionship, emotional support, and promote clients' social engagementAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing grooming, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeepingSupport mobility and transfers, including safe lifting when necessaryMonitor and document clients' health status and reporting changesAdminister medication remindersMaintain a clean and safe, and comfortable environment in accordance with safety protocolsUphold clients rights while ensuring dignity, respect, and compassionate careBuild positive relationships with clients and interpersonal skills.Qualifications:Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or related fields is (preferred)Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clientsCompassionate caregiver, patient, and professional demeanor when working with individuals in needStrong communication and active listening skillsProven ability to manage responsibilities efficiently and effectivelyKnowledge of memory care and supporting clients with cognitive impairmentsGenuine passion for helping others and improving their quality of lifeKey Skills:Ability to remain patient, empathetic and professional in all situationsStrong time management and organizational abilitiesExcellent interpersonal and relationship building skillsClear and compassionate communicationAttentive and detail-oriented care approachPersonal hygiene and care assistance expertiseCare planning and decision- making abilitiesBenefitsFlexible schedulingWeekly Pay (Every Friday)Over-TimeMileage reimbursementHoliday pay for major holidays
